1. Purpose of the Website
This website provides information about the International Holistic Education Conference 2026 and allows users to register and purchase tickets for the event.

All payments must be completed through the approved payment processor. Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Prices, schedules, and speaker lineups may change at any time.
4. Refunds & Transfers
The refund and transfer policy is outlined on the Registration Policy page and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering, participants agree to these refund and transfer rules.
5. Use of Conference Materials
All lectures, presentations, PDFs, workshop content, videos, and materials shared during the conference are the intellectual property of the presenters or AUM Academy. They may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or sold without written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to participate respectfully and safely. The conference reserves the right to remove individuals from the event without refund for inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behavior.
7. Changes to Conference Program
The conference schedule, speakers, session topics, and venue arrangements may change at any time without prior notice. No refunds will be issued due to program changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
By registering, participants agree that AUM Academy, its organizers, volunteers, and partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from attendance, travel, or participation in the event.
9. Privacy
Basic personal information collected during registration is used only for conference communication and administration. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
